As yet, online stock information does not show the entire stock of products (around 75% of our products are available for immediate dispatch). To confirm which products are in stock, customers are invited to contact us by our contact form. Products in stock are delivered within approximately 24 to 48 hours. If they are not in stock, but the supplier has units, they will be delivered in approximately 5 to 10 days. If the supplier is manufacturing units of the product, the delivery term may be up to one month. You will be informed of the situation by email or telephone.

Merchandise deliveries are not made on Saturdays or Sundays, so the deadlines are not including those days. Also, national or local holidays in the delivery area or in our town can also lead to delays in the deadlines.

The customer always has the possibility to cancel the order by exceeding the delivery times and automatically proceed with the return of your purchase. You must contact us to cancel the order by the ways specified above. The process can take up to 14 days, please be patient.

If there is any error in the order received, the customer must contact us and we will provide him with the best solution, at cost free. You must notify the error of the product received within 48 hours from the reception of the package.

If the order has left our premises and you wish to cancel it, you will be responsible for delivery charges, which will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. This will also apply in cases of later delivery, since once the carrier has collected the goods, we will be charged for this service.


If the client provides us with an incorrect or incomplete shipping address, this fact produces a return by the transport agency and causes expenses. These expenses will be borne by the customer and will be subtracted from the amount to be paid (in case the customer does not want the shipment) or will be paid additionally, since the company is not the author of the return. The shipping costs for the surcharge charged by the agency for having to relocate the package is equivalent to the shipping cost for orders below € 50 and € 5 additional.

In countries that are not members of the EU and in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs charges may be incurred at the time of delivery. These expenses must be paid by the client. It's necessary for the client to fill in the field "NIF/NIE/CIF/VAT/ID" with a legal identification number. If this is not the case, the package will not reach its destination and it will arrive back, and the customer will be responsible for all transport costs incurred.
