TYPES OF DELIVERY AND DELIVERY TERMS:

As yet, online stock information does not show the entire stock of products (around 75% of our products are available for immediate dispatch). To confirm which products are in stock, customers are invited to contact us by email (info@optimaloptic.com) or by telephone +34 965 29 44 59. We deliver to Spain, Mainland Portugal and the Balearic Islands using carriers Tourline Express or Nacex. Products in stock are delivered within approximately 24 to 48 hours. If they are not in stock, but the supplier has units, they will be delivered in approximately 5 to 10 days. If the supplier is manufacturing units of the product, the delivery term may be up to one month. You will be informed of the situation by email or telephone.

For Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, we also deliver using DHL. Delivery times to these destinations takes 3-7 days.

Deliveries to Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla may be subject to customs charges, for which the customer is responsible.

For European Union Countries:

  •          With DHL (Germany, Austria, Belgium, Denmark, Slovakia, Slovenia, France, the Netherlands, Hungary, England, Italy, Latvia, Lithuania, Luxembourg, Poland, Czech Republic): Delivery within 3 to 7 days for products in stock and 10 to 15 days for products that are not in stock. You will be informed by email about the status of your order.
  •          For other European countries, delivery by DHL: Delivery within 3 to 7 days for products in stock and 10 to 15 days for products that are not in stock. You will be informed by email about the status of your order.

If you make your purchase on Friday, the product will not arrive before Monday and if the purchase is made on Saturday or Sunday it will be dispatched on Monday and will reach the customer on Tuesday, provided the items is in stock. On days immediately before public holidays, goods will be dispatched on the next business day.

Customers are free to cancel orders on grounds overly long delivery deadlines and receive an automatic refund. Please contact us if you cancel your order using the methods specified above.

If the order has left our premises and you wish to cancel it, you will be responsible for delivery charges, which will not be reimbursed under any circumstances. This will also apply in cases of later delivery, since once the carrier has collected the goods, we will be charged for this service.

*In countries that are not members of the EU (apart from the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla) customs charges may be incurred at the time of delivery. These expenses must be paid by the client. It's necessary for the client to fill in the field "NIF/NIE/CIF/VAT/ID" with a legal identification number. If this is not the case, the package will not reach its destination and it will arrive back, and the customer will be responsible for all transport costs incurred.

SPECIAL CONDITIONS

If the customer provides us with an incorrect delivery address and the goods are returned, incurring charges, these will be payable by the customer, since the company is not responsible for the goods being returned. The delivery charge with the penalty charged by the agency for having to resend the package is €7.95. This is payable by the customer and will be deducted from the amount refunded.

CHANGES AND RETURNS

The customer has 15 calendar days from the moment when the order is received to return or exchange the goods.

Only unused goods which are intact (with all their accessories), suitable for subsequent resale may be returned or exchanged.

Any returns or exchanges will be accepted by Optica-optima.com once we have been notified by e-mail or telephone.

The customer must send us the properly packaged products (the customer takes care of that transport). If what you want is a change, you must make a new order with the new products you want and send the products you do not want to the return address. No changes or refunds are allowed for lenses and frames that are scratched and / or used.

Once your perfect condition is received and verified, the amount of the value of the returned goods will be refunded (transport costs will not be reimbursed, no surcharges will be reimbursed or any customs charges will be reimbursed, since these are services already fulfilled). The payment of the amount will be made in the same way that the payment of the product was made. In returns of payments against reimbursement, it will be refunded in a bank account provided by the client through a transfer.

For returns of prescription glasses (when they are graduated, frames without graduation does not apply), you will be charged € 7 for assembly costs. These costs for assembly costs will always be charged, even if the customer sends us the products.

We do not exchange or accept returns of glasses with scratched and/or used frames and lenses.

The maximum term for paying the cost of the product is the moment when Optica-optima.com receives the glasses and verifies that everything is correct for subsequent sale. The price will be reimbursed in the same way it is paid.

If Optica-optima.com should send a product other than that ordered by the customer by mistake, óptica-optima will collect it and pay all expenses incurred.

In countries that are not members of the EU and in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs charges may be incurred at the time of the return of the package. These costs are borne by the client. Returns will not be accepted postage due unless they are previously authorized by e-mail and then discounted from the amount to be returned. If we receive a package with some type of unauthorized cost, it will be returned to its origin.
