Return and Exchange Policy

The customer has 15 calendar days from the moment when the order is received to return or exchange the goods.

Only unused goods which are intact (with all their accessories), suitable for subsequent resale may be returned or exchanged.

Any returns or exchanges will be accepted by Optica-optima.com once we have been notified by e-mail or telephone.

The customer must send us the properly packaged products (the customer takes care of that transport). If what you want is a change, you must make a new order with the new products you want and send the products you do not want to the return address. No changes or refunds are allowed for lenses and frames that are scratched and / or used.

Once your perfect condition is received and verified, the amount of the value of the returned goods will be refunded (transport costs will not be reimbursed, no surcharges will be reimbursed or any customs charges will be reimbursed, since these are services already fulfilled). The payment of the amount will be made in the same way that the payment of the product was made. In returns of payments against reimbursement, it will be refunded in a bank account provided by the client through a transfer.

For returns of prescription glasses (when they are graduated, frames without graduation does not apply), you will be charged € 7 for assembly costs. These costs for assembly costs will always be charged, even if the customer sends us the products.

We do not exchange or accept returns of glasses with scratched and/or used frames and lenses.

The maximum term for paying the cost of the product is the moment when Optica-optima.com receives the glasses and verifies that everything is correct for subsequent sale. The price will be reimbursed in the same way it is paid.

If Optica-optima.com should send a product other than that ordered by the customer by mistake, óptica-optima will collect it and pay all expenses incurred.

If the customer provides us with an incorrect delivery address and the goods are returned, incurring charges, these will be payable by the customer, since the company is not responsible for the goods being returned.

In countries that are not members of the EU and in the Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla, customs charges may be incurred at the time of the return of the package. These costs are borne by the client. Returns will not be accepted postage due unless they are previously authorized by e-mail and then discounted from the amount to be returned. If we receive a package with some type of unauthorized cost, it will be returned to its origin.
